As we hope you are all aware, the AO community has a new and improved portal to make your life easier. However, in order for it to work to its full potential, we kindly ask you to login on the AOVET website with your email address, click the home icon to reach your dashboard, and then under "Profile" to double check or update your information in the new format. This is important because during the migration of data from the old system to the new, some data may not have migrated correctly. If your name, for example, has the title in the wrong place or wrong format, then the search function within the system will not work, nor will it display correctly on your badges and certificates.
Additionally, we would like to remind everyone that all Faculty are required to be paying members of AOVET. Thus, while you are exploring the enhanced AO Community Portal, it would also be a great opportunity to verify that your membership is still active. Moreover, we are pleased to now offer you the ability to select auto-renewal with auto-payment by saving your credit card details into the system so you do not have to worry about your membership expiring.
Finally, to assist you with any questions within the AO Community Portal, we have created a Frequently Asked Questions list with integrated walk-through steps. With this user-friendly addition, we hope to virtually lead you to where you would like to be within the portal.
