A new decade, new AO Davos Courses

With the new decade 2020 comes a tremendous rush of energy, dynamism and innovation in AO’s education options for craniomaxillofacial (CMF) surgeons around the world.

With the new decade 2020 comes a tremendous rush of energy, dynamism and innovation in AO’s education options for craniomaxillofacial (CMF) surgeons around the world.

As well as building a new online version of the AO CMF Course—Management of Facial Trauma, the introduction of study clubs, and the new Lighthouse wet lab courses this year, AO CMF will launch a brand-new concept for the AO Davos Courses 2020.

After four successful years, the AO CMF Master Courses will be revamped for 2020 to include new and exciting training options for participants so that they can get even more value from their AO Davos Courses 2020 experience.

The courses will be more interactive and modular, allowing participants the chance to personalize their learning journeys as well as offering them the chance to share their own work, cases, and experiences with the masters themselves.

Additionally, an innovations “relay” module will give all participants the chance to get involved with new technologies and techniques that are improving patient care. Practical skills will be enhanced in the wet lab on human anatomical specimens and patient-specific 3D planning and treatment practical exercises will be included.
