Sponsorships support educational funding
As an independent nonprofit organization, AO VET depends on the financial and product support of corporations and private sponsors to ensure its continued success and outreach. Today, manufacturers and service providers, directly or indirectly related to veterinary medicine, can sponsor AO VET educational events, thereby helping advance AO VET’s mission of improving patient care across the species.
This opportunity is available to “out-of-scope” sponsors—companies who are not in direct product competition with the AO’s principal industrial partner, DePuy Synthes. These sponsors’ financial support can be used to underwrite AO VET course budgets or generate profit which can be invested in new educational projects and tools. AO VET’s engagement with respective companies has been endorsed by the AO VET International Board, course chairs, the Education Commission, and DePuy Synthes.
This year (2020), VetPlus—a global producer and seller of nutraceutical products will sponsor at least 20 AO VET events, which will permit the company to have a booth at course venues and seats at course dinners. AO VET faculty members can therefore expect to meet VetPlus staff at upcoming courses and we respectfully ask you to give this important sponsor a warm welcome.
