Welcome to the second edition of this years' faculty newsletter, FacultyFocus, providing you with relevant, need-to-know information that has been specially selected for AOTrauma faculty members. This information connects you to the latest developments in AOTrauma Education and supports you and enhances your educator skills.

In this issue, we provide ten tips for table instructors, which enable you to improve your skills and intensify the learning experience of your audience. We also showcase our Case Library, which is designed to become AOTrauma International's repository for all cases in the future. As faculty, you are asked to share in its success by contributing your own cases to this growing collection.

You further gain insight into the selection process of Davos faculty for the Principles, Masters, and subspecialty courses. In addition, we highlight the Orthogeriatrics app, which has now reached nearly 11,000 users. The educational initiatives from the IM Nailing Education Working Group are also presented.

We also ask for your feedback on the award-winning STaRT app for residents, which is now 1 year old. Moreover, we explain the Conflict of Interest e-module that all faculty are required to complete.

In closing, I would like to welcome the following two new AOTrauma Education Commission (AOTEC) members: Vajara Phiphobmongkol, AOTrauma Asia Pacific Education Committee Chairperson, and Carlos Olarte Salazar, AOTrauma Latin America Education Committee Chairperson. I wish them both success in their new roles and I would like to sincerely thank their predecessors Wilson Li and Carlos Dominguez Barrios Morales for their great dedication and contribution to the AOTEC over the last years.
